PRAYOG believes that it is critical that we share our learnings with others so that scale and velocity of impact increases faster. Hence we place immense emphasis on doing capacity building programs for other organizations operating in similar spaces especially library space.
Training Other Organizations
PRAYOG also aims to promote library culture by sharing our understanding of library education with other organizations through workshops and training programs. The impact of PRAYOG's work goes beyond our immediate intervention area. Other organizations, such as Azad India Foundation in Kishanganj, i-Saksham in Jamui and Begusarai, Aripana Foundation in Darbhanga, and Quest Alliance in Samastipur, have adopted PRAYOG's library session modules, extending the reach and impact of their initiatives.
We recently engaged with the District Administration Kiphire, Nagaland to help them in nurturing school libraries. For this we trained school teachers in the district.

We also have a strong focus on nurturing our human resources skills. Our team receives timely in-house trainings as well as various opportunities to participate in external capacity-building programs. We believe that our human resources are the driving force behind the effectiveness of a library program. Continuous capacity-building ensures high-quality library sessions, impactful interactions with children, and effective engagement with schools and communities. Such capacity building fosters a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and personal growth, creating a vibrant and dynamic work environment at PRAYOG.
